sixers2012 asked: how long have you been a fan of the red sox and celtics?

Since I was about in the 4th grade. My first memory of seeing the Red Sox play was when on my bday in 1996, my Abuelo [grandpa]  (who lived in Boston for many years after escaping Cuba in the late 60s) took me to see the Texas Rangers v Red Sox. I will never forget the day. April 25, 1996. I walked into Fenway and feel in love with the atmosphere, the game, and at first site the team.

The same for the Celtics. I used to love going to Boston every other summer to see my abuelo and spending time with him at the Garden and/or Fenway Park.
